Standard Plan

All you need to do is follow our advice and collect the necessary documents for your visa application. Once collected, simply mail them to us or bring them to our office. We will handle everything from document preparation and proxy application to receiving the result notification on your behalf!

Full Support Plan

We provide full support for your visa application. Our firm will also obtain necessary documents from Japanese government offices on your behalf.

In addition, our firm will handle everything from document preparation and application proxy to receiving the result notification!

This plan is recommended for those who definitely want to obtain a Permanent Resident Visa and those who want to save time.

① Comprehensive consulting regarding all Permanent Resident Visa application procedures & unlimited consultation

② Listing of required documents tailored to each individual

③ Proxy collection of required documents (all Japanese government-related documents): Ward/City offices, Legal Affairs Bureau, and Tax offices are available

④ Preparation of a complete set of Permanent Resident Visa application documents

⑤ Preparation of the Statement of Reason for the application

⑥ Checking and preparation of various contracts

⑦ Representation for the application at the Immigration Bureau (1st visit to the Immigration Bureau)

⑧ Handling of inquiries, requests for explanation, and submission of additional materials from Immigration inspectors

⑨ Periodic checking of the screening progress

⑩ Receipt of the result notification

⑪ Receipt of the Residence Card in case of Change or Renewal (2nd visit to the Immigration Bureau)

Economy Plan (Document Check Service)

This plan is recommended for those who want to keep costs as low as possible.
Our firm will check the documents you have prepared and provide comprehensive consulting.
We will create and provide a list of required documents for you.
