If an individual requests disclosure of their own personal information, our office will disclose it promptly. However, if we cannot verify the identity of the person making the request, we will not comply with the disclosure request.
If there is an error in the content of personal information and the individual requests correction, addition, or deletion, we will investigate and promptly respond to such requests. However, if we cannot verify the identity of the person making the request, we will not comply with these requests.
