Work Visa Application Process

①Inquiry

②Free Consultation

During the free consultation, we will review the foreign employee’s academic background, work experience, and job duties at the hiring company to determine whether they are eligible for a work visa. While our service fees are listed on our website, we will also provide a detailed explanation of the service content and fees during this meeting.

③Payment of Initial Fee

For payment of our service fees, half of the total fee is paid at the start of the engagement. The remaining balance must be paid within 10 days after the application has been officially accepted by the Immigration Services Agency.

④Preparation and Collection of Work Visa Application Documents

After consulting with the host company, our office will prepare the employment explanation letter and all other required application documents. The only task required from the client is to collect the documents listed in the “Required Documents List” from the city office or tax office and send them to our office.

※For clients who choose the full-support plan, our office will obtain documents that can be requested on your behalf.

⑤Submission to the Immigration Services Agency

A qualified administrative scrivener from our office who is authorized to submit applications to immigration will file the application on your behalf. Therefore, you do not need to visit the immigration office yourself.

If the immigration office requests additional documents during the review process, we will handle the response without any additional fees.

⑥Notification of Results

The review period for a work visa application is generally about 1 to 3 months.
