Free Consultation

During the free consultation, we will review the applicant’s background, the purpose of establishing the business, and the formation process of the investment funds to determine whether the Business Manager visa can be obtained. Payment of Initial Fee

For payment of our service fees, half of the total fee is paid at the start of the engagement. The remaining balance must be paid within 10 days after the application has been officially accepted by the Immigration Services Agency.

Schedule from Company Establishment to Business Manager Visa Acquisition (after engagement begins)

Step 1

Decide the basic details of the company, such as the company name, company address, business objectives, and capital amount.

Step 2

Prepare the Articles of Incorporation, which define the fundamental details of the company.

Step 3

Have the Articles of Incorporation notarized at a notary office.

Step 4

Deposit the company’s capital. The capital is transferred to the bank account of the promoter or the initial director. A copy of the bankbook is obtained and a certificate of capital payment is prepared.

Step 5

After collecting and preparing the documents required for company registration, submit the application for company incorporation.

The date the application is filed becomes the official date of company establishment.

Step 6

After the company establishment procedures are completed, various notifications must be submitted to government offices such as the tax office, prefectural tax office, municipal office, pension office, labor standards inspection office, and Hello Work.

Step 7

Collect and prepare the documents required for the business license application and submit the application.

Step 8

Submit the application for the Certificate of Eligibility for the “Business Manager” status of residence to the Immigration Services Agency.
