Our Website Led Her to Request Support for Her Permanent Residence Visa Application

When did you come to Japan?
It has been 12 years since I came to Japan.
What prompted you to consult Touch Immigration Law Firm?
At first, I called and sent messages several times to an administrative scrivener introduced by a friend, but I never received any reply, which was very frustrating.
While searching online for various information, I eventually found this office.
The main reason was that the fees were reasonable, and after looking at the website, I felt they had a strong track record, so I chose this office.
When I was searching in Chiba Prefecture, the website came up.
Why did you choose to hire Touch Immigration Law Firm?
They responded very kindly, and the administrative scrivener asked me many questions about the requirements for permanent residence.
Since I met the requirements, they suggested that I have a consultation as soon as possible. I also thought the sooner the better, so we set a date and had the consultation.
Please tell us what prompted you to apply for permanent residence
I applied because obtaining permanent residence gives you better conditions for things like loans and no down payment.
I originally came to Japan as an international student. Actually, I wanted to obtain permanent residence about three years ago, so I tried to get a Highly Skilled Professional visa, but I did not meet the requirements at that time.
I finally met the requirements in March of this year, so I applied for permanent residence.
We Only Met in Person Once; After That, the Application Was Handled by Phone and Email

Did you consider applying for permanent residence by yourself?
Yes, I did.
I had handled many changes and renewals myself since my student visa days, but it really takes a lot of time, so I asked the administrative scrivener to take care of everything.
How long did it take for the permanent residence application to be approved?
It was submitted around April 13 and approved around October, so it took about five months.
Please tell us how you felt after hiring Touch Immigration Law Firm
The document preparation went very smoothly.
They prepared so many things for me, and whenever I emailed them, they replied promptly and carefully. I thought their support was excellent. Thank you very much.
Consultation process
The review requirements for permanent residence applications are very strict and clearly defined. We had one consultation, checked each requirement one by one, and determined that, based on my current situation, the application could be approved before proceeding.
Please tell us about your goals going forward
I have been working at my current workplace for seven years, so I would like to make use of my life experience and work experience going forward.
My current company does business with China, so I would like to work hard not only on the tasks I am responsible for, but also on deepening relationships with Chinese companies.
Ms. Zhao Lina, thank you very much for your cooperation!
