Dai Shiraishi

He spent his junior high and high school years in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and graduated from a local international school. He later graduated from the School of Business Administration at Kwansei Gakuin University and worked for a manufacturer, where he was involved in production launches and technical guidance at factories in Thailand, Malaysia, and China. He brings a global perspective grounded in a deep understanding of different cultures and business practices.

He subsequently served in managerial roles overseeing general affairs and human resources departments at IT and service companies. His experience spans the full range of corporate HR functions, from designing recruitment strategies and conducting interviews to building evaluation systems and managing labor affairs.

His greatest strength is the combination of legal knowledge as an administrative scrivener, a corporate perspective gained as a former HR director, and interpersonal support skills as a nationally certified career consultant. Beyond simply helping clients obtain visas, he excels at providing comprehensive support that looks ahead to post-employment challenges, such as how companies should hire foreign nationals and help them thrive (retention and evaluation), and how foreign nationals can build their careers in Japan. For both companies and individuals, he has earned strong trust as a reliable advisor whose support goes beyond administrative procedures.
