Luming Wang

After graduating from Peking University, one of China’s most prestigious institutions, with studies in economics and law, he came to Japan. He completed the master’s program in economics at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School and possesses top-level academic insight in both economics and law across Japan and China.

Having come to Japan as an international student himself, he personally experienced the complexity and anxiety involved in residence status procedures. Driven by a strong belief that he wanted to support foreign nationals in the same situation, he set his sights on becoming an administrative scrivener and passed the examination while still in school. With his command of Japanese (N1), Chinese (native), and English (TOEFL iBT score of 95), he is able to communicate smoothly without clients feeling any language barrier. He has earned particularly strong trust from clients in Chinese-speaking and English-speaking regions who require highly specialized expertise or detailed explanations in their native language.

He also has deep knowledge of programming (including C#) and IT tools, and is highly regarded for his meticulous and accurate administrative processing skills.
