The reason for the request was proximity and the website
What is the nature of your company’s business?
To put it simply, we are a trading company. We deal in trade transactions regarding export imports.
What prompted you to apply for a business management visa?
The family, including the manager, was coming to Japan from the parent company in China, and they could not live in Japan without a status of residence, so I took the visa.
How did you find the touch?
We were simply looking for a place near our own office. We found your website on the Internet while searching in Omiya.
What was the reason you hired TOUCH?
The most important reason was that it was close to our Japan branch and I could come and ask anytime I wanted.
Leave it to the experts, easy and safe
Have you considered trying to handle it in-house?
I don’t want to do anything troublesome at all. And if money could solve the problem, that would have been quicker. I saw on their website that they had a proven track record. If that is the case, I would feel more secure if I leave everything to them. It’s not simply a Japanese company, but there are probably various reasons why a country and a country are different, so it’s easier to leave such things to the specialists.
Have you consulted other companies?
We contacted several companies, but our company’s problem was not simple and difficult.
The other one is the judicial scrivener’s office that originally took care of us when we registered our first branch in Japan. We did the registration once at a very large office in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. I was referred to an affiliated office of that firm, but it was more expensive than the one in Saitama Prefecture because it was located in Tokyo. At that time, I searched around and found that this firm would take care of the work, so I asked them to take care of it.
How long did it take you to get through?
The first time I visited this office was around the beginning of 2022. After that, it took about 2 or 3 months to gather various documents, and about 1 or 2 months to remit my own funds after the application was submitted. The notice of approval itself came in mid-June.
It also takes more than a month to get a visa to leave the country after the application is done, so it was not until August that I was actually able to come.
How many meetings did you have?
We actually met 4 or 5 times. The rest of the time, we exchanged e-mails frequently. The actual delivery of paper documents was only once or twice, and the rest was mainly email attachments.
Full preparation and speed even in the most difficult cases
What was the best thing about working with TOUCH?
I knew the response was fast. That is a relief.
Since this was my first time, I had no idea what was going on and what each item was, so he was able to explain it to me in a very clear and concise manner.
What are your future goals?
Our goal is to be able to bring it to a form similar to that of Japanese companies.
Anything for those who are having trouble with their visas?
I think it is best to ask an expert than to ask an ordinary person.
That is much better than making a mistake yourself and having to go to the immigration office over and over again to rewrite the paperwork. I think it is best to do it in the shortest and most reliable way, because the situation may change like it did in Corona this time.
