How to Obtain the Business Manager Visa (Change Application)

For applicants who are already in Japan, the procedures move through the following steps.

Deciding theBasic Matters

You decide the basic matters for the company.
To establish the company, decide the company name, company address, business purpose, and amount of investment, and sign the lease for the company office.

Company Formation

1. Draft the articles of incorporation and have them notarized at the notary office.
2. Pay the capital into the bank account.
3. Register the incorporation of the company at the Legal Affairs Bureau.

Filing the Notifications

Once the company formation procedures are complete, the various notifications are filed.
They go to the tax office, the prefectural tax office, the municipal office, the pension office, the Labor Standards Inspection Office, Hello Work, and other authorities.

BusinessLicenses

If you will run a business that requires a license, you must go through the relevant procedures with the police, the public health center, the prefectural government, or other administrative authorities and obtain permission.

Applying to Immigration for theStatus of Residence
